Steering Group

Shinfield Parish signpost

The Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) steering group was set up by Shinfield Parish Council to control and develop the plan through a process of Focus Groups that dealt with the individual issues that it was felt we could include and influence through the plan.

NDP are a new concept to enable local people to influence the changes that have an impact on the places where they live. The Parish Council felt that it was important to be in the vanguard in NPD implementations because of the significant housing developments in our area.

If you’d like to contribute as a community member to the project and are interested in volunteering to take part in one of our groups, please contact us.
