The planning application reference is F/2013/0565. A detailed application has been submitted under reference RM/2015/1019

Taylor Wimpey and David Wilson Homes

A hybrid planning application for this development of some 600 homes coupled with the development of some 300 homes at Three Mile Cross is currently with Wokingham Borough Council waiting decision. This can be viewed at the councils web site under planning application number O/2013/0346. A second detailed planning application exists for the first phase of 276 homes on this site and can be viewed at the councils web site under application number F/2013/0347. These plans includes a new primary school to be built in this area and additional sports facilities.

Listed below is the illustrative layout for the full planning application for the first phase South of Croft Road and the illustrative plan for the remainder of the Spencers Wood/Three Mile Cross developments. Building commenced on this site earlier in 2015 and first occupations are expected from the autumn of 2015.

This also shows the planned improvements to the Hyde End Road/Basingstoke Road junction and access from the development on to Hyde End Road.

  1. Plans are in at WBC for the Taylor Wimpey and David Wilson developments at Croft Road and Hyde End Road, part of this planning application contains detailed plans for the first phase located on Hyde End Road. Make your comments by 16 April
